LiftLab was built out of a simple but deeply personal frustration — putting in the work, seeing the results start to come, and then watching momentum slip away.
As someone with a fast metabolism, I know exactly what it feels like to train hard, make progress, and still feel like you're fighting your own body. I kept starting, seeing small changes, and losing the consistency to keep going. What I needed wasn't just better supplements — I needed a reason to stay locked in.
That reason became LiftLab.
I've always been driven by a passion for finding the best products and getting them to the right people — and combining that with my own fitness journey felt like the most honest thing I could do. LiftLab exists to give gym goers and everyday athletes in New Zealand and around the world access to the cleanest, most effective supplements on the market — backed by real experience, not just marketing.
But it's bigger than products. This brand is about surrounding yourself with the right people, the right goals, and the right environment to become the best version of yourself. When you win, we win — because your results are the whole point.
